• Food trucks/vendors will need to complete a registration for both the City of West Springfield and Greater Springfield Habitat. Additional permits will be required by the city of West Springfield and require 30 days to process. Vendors that intend to sell alcohol (wine/malt beverages only) will also need an alcohol permit ($30).
