Realize your dream of homeownership with Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity (GSHFH).

Habitat's path to homeownership is an important and in-depth process requiring hard work, time, and dedication. The process helps ensure long-term success for Habitat homeowners. If you can answer "YES" to the questions below, you may be eligible for the Habitat Homeownership program. We are currently accepting homeownership applications. Deadline is Oct. 31, 2025.
