Food Truck Registration Instructions

1. Register with Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity

Complete your food truck registration no later than Friday, Oct. 2.

2. If you don't have a Food Truck Permit with the Town of Ludlow, you'll need to submit an application with them. You have 2 options:

• Apply for a temporary 1-14 day permit                                                 • Apply for a full-year permit

Important:

• The Town of Ludlow must receive your completed application no later than Tuesday, Sept. 1.

• If you do not already have a Town of Ludlow food vendor permit, you must submit all required documentation listed on the application. Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected by the town.

• If trucks have more than 40 pounds of fuel, they need approval from the Ludlow Fire Department.

• Ice cream trucks need approval from Ludlow Police Department.
