Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity has developed a program to encourage fitness and philanthropy through fun, with an aim of bringing families closer together while supporting our mission of providing homeownership opportunities to low-income families. Last year the decision to cancel the event was made when the June 1, 2011 tornadoes approached and left behind devastation. Celebrate with us this year as we look forward to new goals in the wake of the tornado. With three different events to choose from, parents, children and even the little ones, can enjoy healthy family time in the outdoors while making a difference for others.

“Trails for Nails”, will include your choice of a 10-mile mountain bike ride and/or a 5k trail race at Robinson State Park in Agawam, Mass and family friendly events all day. Whether you are a runner or a cyclist, we have two events to choose from and fun for the whole family to support Greater Springfield Habitat. Join us at Robinson State Park and enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the Westfield River.
Celebrate the official start of the mountain biking season by participating in the 4th annual “Trails for Nails”, a 10-mile ride at Robinson State Park in Agawam, Mass

Enjoy the beauty of Robinson State Park in our second annual 5k Run (or walk!) to support Greater Springfield Habitat. Not up for running? Walking is encouraged! Support a great cause in the great outdoors!

Join us for family friendly games, food, and fun in the park during the other activities! We’ll have potato sack races, egg relays, elephant walks, and more! Grownups encouraged to participate!
