Community Partnerships
One family at a time
Together, we can make a difference! For years, a number of community and civic organizations have partnered with Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity to build simple, decent, affordable homes for local families in need.
Currently, GSHFH is seeking community support in the following areas:
• Groups or individuals willing to donate their time on a work site, on a special project or in the GSHFH office.
• Donations of in-kind materials and labor that can be used to help construct a home.
• Skilled construction professionals (plumbers, electricians, roofers, carpenters, etc) willing to work pro bono are always in high demand.
• Groups or individuals willing to provide snacks and lunch to work site volunteers each weekend.
• Individuals to serve on committees or run special events.
• Land donations.
• Specialized skills (IT, accounting, marketing, graphic design).
